The marathon will start on Friday, 21t of October from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and fininsh Saturday night at the Lincoln Memorial at Washington, DC

Ride
 

The average speed on the distance should be around 12 mph (a bit faster on the first half and slower on the second)

Sleep shalter in Cumberland a warm and dry place, own camping mat and sleeping bag is requiered.

 

We advise to have a hybrid bike with wider tires for a smooth ride on a forest trial. The surface on a trial - crash limestoone on the first part of the trial (GAP) and a variation from limstone to mud (sometimes), covered with leafs and roots (C&O).

 

 

Participation

 

 

We invite current MBA students from school around the country, MBA alums, businessmen and entrepreneurs to make a deep dive and expore the limits of your capabilities.

 

Participation fee of $250 per person is required to provide the road service, snacks&water, four full meals, sleeping sheter, transportation back to Pittsburgh and a beautiul jersey!

 

Qualification

 

In order to qualify, riders required to accomplish a 150 miles bike ride of their choice, accomplished in 12 hrs, and provide a GPS track from any app.

 

 

Logistics

 

A truck for the road assistance will be provided, it will meet cyclists every 30-40 miles with snacks and water. We will offer for 4 full meals on the road (apporox. every 75 miles).

Transportation back to Pittsburgh with bikes will be provided as well.
